The location and the outside of this store was horrible. The environment was in a sketchy area. I would not recommend anyone to pick up this location. I didn't feel safe at all and I'm glad I had my boyfriend with me because we had a hard time getting the keys out of the lock box that U-Haul provides when you're doing a self pickup.

Be on time at pick up location had to wait a whole extra hour for U-Haul truck because location wasn’t open and nobody was there
